If you’ve got an HOA question, Amanda has the answer! Amanda brings close to 25 years of management and leadership experience to Union Park. She was also an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas in the Kinesiology, Health Promotion, and Recreation Department. Amanda provides exceptional customer service, which makes her a valuable asset to Union Park and a trusted resource for our residents. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Amanda worked for the city of Denton for 21 years.

Kenneth Agnew brings 15+ years of experience from the hotel and restaurant industry, working for Kimpton, Hilton, and Wyndham hotel brands. His recent roles as General Manager of NYLO Las Colinas Hotel Restaurant and Project Manager for Mallard Group give him a unique perspective on service, hospitality, and completion of task-oriented projects. Kenneth brings a wealth of knowledge in guest services, operational efficiencies, and property management and is excited to meet the residents of Union Park.

Torey Schmorr holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and began her career as a teacher, where she also managed her local summer camp. After moving to Texas in 2019, she found her passion for event planning and has spent over five years in lifestyle management at large HOA communities in DFW. Outside of work, Torey enjoys time with her husband and 3-year-old son, Henry, as well as attending sports events, concerts, and visiting local wineries. She is so excited to be part of the Union Park family!

DeMya has over six years of experience in program planning, events, and marketing. She is a recent graduate with a master’s degree in communication from Arizona State University. DeMya was born and raised in Birmingham Alabama, and she moved to Dallas in February 2024. In her spare time, she loves exercising, shopping, traveling, and filming content. DeMya is very excited to be a part of the team, and she hopes to stay in Dallas for at least the next five to ten years.
